Also confirm your internet is stable — the game can get stuck on the loading screen if it cannot reach the servers. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see which is more reliable, and make sure you have a strong signal.

Step 6: Reinstall as a last resort

If nothing else works, uninstall BGMI and install a fresh copy from the Play Store. This replaces any broken files a cache-clear could not fix.
