Welcome to HogaToga. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website hogatoga.com.co and all associated content, features, and services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by HogaToga (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HogaToga in any way — including browsing articles, subscribing to the newsletter, leaving a comment, or clicking a link — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

4.2 What You May Do

Read, save, and print individual articles for your personal, non-commercial use.
Share links to HogaToga articles on social media, in newsletters, or on other websites — we actively encourage this.
Quote brief excerpts (up to approximately 100 words per article) in your own content, provided you attribute HogaToga and include a link back to the original article.

4.3 What You May Not Do

Reproduce, republish, or redistribute full articles or substantial portions of articles on any platform without our prior written permission.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest any content from the Site by automated means for the purpose of building competing products, training artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or compiling databases, without our prior written consent.
Remove or obscure any copyright notice, attribution, or branding from HogaToga Content.

HogaToga may allow you to post comments or other content on the Site. By submitting a comment or any other user-generated content, you:

Grant HogaToga a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to display, reproduce, and moderate that content on the Site and in promotional material.
Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Agree that we may remove any content at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, including content that is spam, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, off-topic, or otherwise objectionable.

You retain ownership of content you submit. We do not claim ownership of your comments.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
