How to Link Your Free Fire Account (Google, Facebook & More)

To link your Free Fire account, open Settings, go to the Account or Link menu, tap the platform you want — Google, Facebook, VK, X (Twitter) or Apple — and sign in when prompted; your progress is then backed up and recoverable on any new phone. Linking is the single most important thing you can do to protect your account, so do it before you ever switch or reset a device.

Why linking matters

When you first play, Free Fire may create a guest account that exists only on that one phone. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or lose the device, an unlinked guest account can disappear permanently — including your rank, characters, pets and diamonds. Linking ties your progress to a platform account you control, so you can log back in anywhere.
